No Refunds

We do not offer refunds to customers, as they are aware of the products they are purchasing. It is important to note that if any product is out of stock, we will send an equivalent product with the same active ingredients. In the event that the shipping company damages or renders the package impossible to deliver, we will resend the product to the customer. This is the only form of reimbursement we will offer, and proof will be required.

Restricted Pesticides

We primarily sell restricted pesticides, which can only be purchased by individuals holding certain permits, such as those available in physical stores. While we mention that customers must possess the required permits, it is inevitable that individuals without the necessary permits may purchase the product. However, as an online business, we are unsure if the same laws apply. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and it is the joint obligation of both the customer and the supplier to make the necessary verifications regarding the permits required for the purchase of restricted pesticides.

Drop shipping Model

We operate as a marketing platform and do not maintain inventory. We strictly follow a dropshipping model. When a customer places an order and provides payment, we proceed to order from our supplier, who handles the shipment. We are responsible for providing the customers with the tracking number and order tracking. Our company does not engage in shipping or handling of any physical products. We solely provide services and digital goods as outlined in this contract. This means that we do not have any involvement in the physical delivery or transportation of goods. Our focus is on delivering intangible services and digital products.

Payment Methods

We accept e-transfer and Bitcoin as payment methods. Taxes associated with our Services will be collected when due. You agree to provide accurate address information necessary for us to meet our obligations under applicable law.

You also agree not to hold us responsible for payment processing by other service providers such as Interac® If applicable, if you link a Payment Processor account to your account with us, you acknowledge and agree that, by making payments through the Website with that Payment Processor, you are bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the Payment Processor, and we are not responsible for any losses, claims or damages resulting in any way from that third party’s services.

Customer Information

When a customer creates an account, we collect their email, phone number, name, and address. We will only use their email address to send marketing emails. However, customers have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Display of Product Warnings and Restrictions

We prominently display all product warning labels and restrictions for each item.

Confidentiality of Company Address

Due to the nature of our strictly marketing-oriented platform (as a middleman), we do not display a physical address for the company. Customers can contact us via email and Telegram.

Customer Responsibility

It is essential to emphasize that customers must conduct their own verifications and remove our liability in the event of accidents or incidents related to the products. We provide customers with safety information, but they are responsible for their proper usage and compliance with safety regulations.

Caution

Please note that among the types of pesticides frequently offered online, the following should be mentioned:

  • Herbicides
  • Insect repellents (including tick repellents) and treated clothing
  • Ultraviolet radiation devices and ozone generators

When purchasing pesticides online, especially from platforms that resell products or source them from independent suppliers, it is crucial to be well-informed. A professionally designed website does not guarantee compliance with the relevant legislation and regulations enforced by Health Canada for online pesticide sales.

Unauthorized products carry risks:

They may contain unknown, ineffective, or hazardous ingredients. For example, non-approved tick and mosquito repellents may fail to provide protection, leaving individuals vulnerable to insect bites that can transmit diseases such as Lyme disease and West Nile virus infection.

Product labels and instructions may be incomplete, increasing the risk of accidental injuries or misuse. Ingredient lists may be inaccurate or incomplete. The product may feature false or misleading claims. For example, non-approved ultraviolet radiation devices and ozone generators claiming to eliminate 99.9% of pathogens, including the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for COVID-19.

Inadequate packaging may increase the risk of hazardous exposure. Products may be counterfeit.

Modification

We reserve the right at all times to discontinue or modify any part of these Terms of Use at our sole discretion. If we make changes that affect your use of the Website or our Services, we will post notice of the change on the Terms of Use page. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be effective upon our posting of the notice, provided that these changes will be prospective only and not retroactive. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and you should not use the Website or any services offered through the Website after the effective date of the changes. We suggest that you revisit our Terms of Use regularly to ensure that you stay informed of any changes. You agree that posting notice of any changes on the Terms of Use page is adequate notice to advise you of these changes, and that your continued use of the Website or our services will constitute acceptance of these changes and the Terms of Use as modified.

Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms of Use is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the remaining Terms of Use, which will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us and you with respect to your use of this Website and the information contained on this Website.
